Telephone Pictionary
This is probably my favorite group game! It takes a while to set up, but it is so much fun! Each player receives a pen or pencil and sticky notes---one for every player in the game. For example, if there are twelve people playing the game, every player gets twelve sticky notes. Make sure the sticky notes are stacked on top of each other so that the ones underneath cannot be seen. Then, everyone writes a random phrase or sentence on the top sticky note. Every player then passes their pack of sticky notes to the left. At this point, everyone should have someone else's pack. All players read the phrase, put that sticky note in the back of the pack, and try to draw the phrase. The sticky notes get passed again, and each player looks at another person's drawing. After putting the sticky note in back, they write a phrase that pertains to the drawing and pass sticky notes again. Each player should rotate between drawing and writing, and players should not look at any previous sticky notes. When a full circle is make and everyone has had each other's sticky note packs, each player can look at theirs and watch how their phrase evolved. It is hilarious to see the results and how other people interpreted your phrase! I guarantee that everyone will get a good laugh from this game!
